Soothing Screens: Protect Your Eyes with Night Light/Night Shift

Tech Tip Tuesday: Did you know you can use the “Night Light” or “Night Shift” feature on your smartphone to reduce eye strain during late-night usage? These features adjust the color temperature of your screen to warmer hues in the evening, reducing the amount of blue light emitted by your screen. On Android, go to Settings > Display > Night Light. You can schedule it or adjust the intensity as you wish. On iPhone, navigate to Settings > Display & Brightness > Night Shift. Schedule it or manually enable until the next day.
