  • On Smartphones & Tablets: Both iOS and Android offer a ‘Night Mode’ or ‘Dark Mode’ that can be scheduled or turned on/off manually. It’s typically found in the display settings. This mode changes the interface colors to darker hues, making it easier on the eyes in low light.
  • On E-readers: Many e-readers come with a built-in light that can be adjusted for comfortable night-time reading. Some also offer a night mode that inverts text and background colors.
  • On Computers: Look for night mode or blue light reduction options in the display settings. Applications like f.lux can also adjust your screen’s brightness and color based on the time of day.
